Pay Rates
As part of our commitment to Fair Work principles and as part of our Anti-Racism Action Plan, we publish pay rates for salaries and freelance staff. Rates are reviewed each year with an equal increase implemented for salaried staff in April and freelance staff in August each year. For 2024-25 we have been able to address erosion of pay rates through inflation but we acknowledge that our rates are still a little behind market averages. We hope to address this in 2025 subject to funding.
If you have any queries please contact Executive Producer James Preston (james@lyra.co.uk) or Fair Work Champion Jo Timmins (jo@lyra.co.uk)
